10am-10pm: up to 100 guests, exclusive use of riverside property with 2 waterfalls, 2000′ pavilion with lighting and fans, caterer’s kitchen with hot water, 2 restrooms, and use of bridal suite

Bridal Suite overnight: $200

Weather protection of pavilion:

Tenting: $50/ half; $100/ whole

Parking attendant/greeter 2 hr: $70

Chairs: $2/ ea white plastic; $4/ ea applewood*

Tables: $10/ea; rectangular or round*

Linens: $12/ea

Propane heaters:  $50

Bridal Corn Hole Set: $20

Drink ‘troughs’: $10

Speaker with aux: Included

  • 50% date hold deposit, non-refundable; remainder due 30 days prior to event
  • Pricing includes sales tax
  • Rentals and equipment due 10 days prior to event; tenting 2 days prior
  • We allow outside caterers and alcohol! Vendors must show certification and insurance
