The Full Package

24 hours of exclusive property use.  10am-10am the following day.  You and your guests will have exclusive use of the riverside property with 2 waterfalls, 2000′ pavilion with lighting and fans, caterer’s kitchen/ bar area with hot water, prep tables, commercial refrigerator and chest freezer. There are 2 restrooms located across from the kitchen.

Included are tables, chairs and linens for up to 100 guests.  Staff to help set up tables and any decor you may have. Set up of separate ceremony site if you choose a riverside ceremony.  Use of the bridal suite and luxury tent for during your event and overnight stay.

We also provide a parking attendant for your guests, trash removal, and tenting of the pavilion in case of inclement weather. In case of cooler temperature, we also provide propane heaters.

We include a bridal corn hole game set, drink ‘troughs’, whiskey barrel ‘tables’, and a bluetooth speaker.         $4,000

Need more time? No problem!  Add on your rehearsal dinner and additional overnight stay;  giving you an additional 18 hours of property use!  $600 

• 50% date hold deposit, non-refundable; remainder due 30 days prior to event
• We allow outside caterers and alcohol! Vendors must show certification and insurance
• Special event insurance required:  Field’s Insurance:  $150-300 

The Mini:  Sunday-Thursday

5 hours of exclusive property and pavilion use, up to 30 guests.  Set up and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens and trash removal included.  $900

Guests over 30, add $30/pp; max 50 guests 

Use of bridal suite and accommodations may be added on for additional fee
